Our Mission is to advise and assist on organizational issues that will help Residential and Hospitality Services and the University attain its fiscal goals and service priorities and fulfill its mission; to provide guidance on matters relating to employee and labor relations within the Division; to help our employees become dynamic leaders and productive employees by meeting their educational and professional goals and career objectives; and to position our Division to meet future expectations by fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, courageous leadership and customer loyalty.
Residential and Hospitality Services Human Resources' primary focus is Divisional staff and their professional development. Classes, resources and materials are available to assist Residential and Hospitality Services Departments with staff training in a variety of areas such as customer service, resume writing, hiring for attitude, behavior based interviewing, resolving conflict and career development plans.
